Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange:
- To benefit from the return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be presented.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Any promotional item associated with the returned product must also be returned in its original condition; otherwise, the value of the promotional item will be deducted.
- Purchases paid using gift vouchers, credit cards, or installment payment services cannot be refunded in cash.
Online Store Purchase Terms:
- Acceptance of the shipment from the shipping company constitutes the customer's acknowledgment that the package (carton) was received in good condition and had not been opened before delivery.
- The return and exchange period starts from the date of delivery. The original stamped purchase invoice received with the shipment must be presented.
- The product warranty is provided by the authorized distributor.
Immediate Replacement for Products with Manufacturing Defects:
A replacement with an identical product will be provided for devices with a manufacturing defect (excluding software-related issues) within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The device is free from any scratches or signs of misuse.
- The original box, along with all accessories, manuals, and included items, is provided.
- A report from the authorized service center must be submitted before the replacement process is completed.
